According to the notice, the registration for AIBE 18 in 2023 will be open today at 5 pm on the official website – allindiabarexamination.com. This AIBE examination is a gateway to obtaining the Certificate of Practice (COP), enabling individuals to practice law in Indian courts.
Scheduled for October 29, the AIBE 18 exam in 2023 is set to take place at multiple examination centers nationwide. Prospective candidates must complete their online registration for the Bar examination by September 30 to secure their participation.
Furthermore, the council has raised the passing criteria for general category candidates to 45%, while Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) as well as PwD candidates are now required to get 40% for exam success. Previously, the minimum qualifying percentage for reserved categories was 35 per cent only.
In accordance with the examination structure, examinees will need to respond to 100 multiple-choice questions within a timeframe of 3 hours and 30 minutes. The chosen answers are to be recorded on the provided OMR sheet.
