ISLAMABAD: Just hours before the presidential elections, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) backed candidate Mehmood Khan Achakzai has demanded the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) postpone the polls till the electoral college is completed.
