Saudi Games Prepare For an Athletic Showcase With 31 Venues Ready for Competitors – Destination KSA

The much-anticipated 2023 Saudi Games are right around the corner, set to kick off a thrilling two-week extravaganza of sport from November 26 to December 10. A staggering 6,000 athletes, male and female, are poised to compete in a grand total of 53 sports at 31 distinct venues.


The heart of the action will be at the Saudi Arabian Olympic & Paralympic Committee complex, where 21 intense competitions will unfold. The Paralympic Hall will witness engaging events like 5X5 Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, and more. Aquatics Hall will host Swimming and Triathlon events, while the Swimming Hall Lounge will be abuzz with Chess, Baloot, Robotics, Badminton, and Indoor Rowing. Tennis courts and Bowling Center promise their own thrills, with Fan Zone attractions like Beach Volleyball, Beach Soccer, Basketball 3X3, Climbing, and Skateboarding.

Futsal fans will head to the Al-Nasr Club Hall, hosting competitions for both men’s and women’s teams. Riyadh Club Sports Hall will host Fencing, Weightlifting, Paralympic athletics, Rugby, and Athletics, and the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium will showcase Gymnastics, Archery, and Cricket events.

King Saud University is gearing up for 12 exciting games across various halls, from Handball, Wrestling, Taekwondo, and Jujitsu to Squash, Mixed Martial Arts, Wushu, Muay Thai, and Boxing, whereas the university grounds and select Riyadh roads will serve as the racing grounds for Cycling.

Additional sports will include golf, where Riyadh Golf Club will host exciting of Golf tournaments, while Motorsports enthusiasts will make their way to Dirab Square for Karting and Drifting. Fans interesting in shooting can target their skills at the City Public Security Training. Range, while Camel Racing enthusiasts will head to the Rumah area.
